mm2 Asia & UnUsUaL Roll Out Revamped mm2 Group Red Carpet Club with Ronghao Li’s An Ideal World
mm2 Group Red Carpet Club now for shareholders of the Group with minimum holding of 1,000 shares
Shareholder perks include invites to movie gala premieres, concerts, as well as pre-sales for concerts produced and promoted by the Group
SINGAPORE, 25 APRIL 2017 – mm2 Asia Ltd. (“mm2 Asia” and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group), and UnUsUaL Limited (“UnUsUaL”) today announced the revamped mm2 Group Red Carpet Club for the Group’s shareholders with the concert, Ronghao Li An Ideal World Tour 李荣浩有理想世界巡回演唱会.
“An Ideal World” is Ronghao Li’s first appearance in Singapore since his debut in 2013 with the album “Model”, winning him the Best Newcomer Award at the 25th Golden Melody Awards. This will also be the first Red Carpet Club event for UnUsUaL’s shareholders since the concert producer and promoter’s listing on 10 April 2017.
In January 2015, mm2 Asia launched the mm2 Red Carpet Club as a platform for ongoing interaction with its shareholders with invitations to gala premieres and preview screenings to movies produced and/or distributed by the Group. With the listing of UnUsUaL, the revamped mm2 Group Red Carpet Club will now include shareholders of both mm2 Asia and UnUsUaL, holding at least 1,000 mm2 Asia or UnUsUaL shares.
As a new exclusive treat, the Group intends to extend pre-sales to certain concerts for its Red Carpet Club members. This will allow shareholders to purchase tickets ahead of public sales.

For invitations to the Group’s events, investors will need to be listed as a shareholder of the Group at a cut-off date, which will be included in all invitations. Shareholders who wish to be updated on the Group’s Red Carpet Club events should sign up for either company’s mailing list.

To be eligible for tickets to the concert, shareholders will need to be listed as a shareholder of either mm2 Asia or UnUsUaL with a minimum holding of 1,000 shares as at 5:00 PM on 27 April 2017. Interested Red Carpet Club members may register their interest on mm2 Asia or UnUsUaL’s websites. Due to limited capacity, tickets will be allocated via balloting and shareholders will be informed subsequently by email if they have been successfully allocated tickets. Ticket collection will be on the day of the concert at the concert venue.
